Non-load-bearing walls allows for immediate expansion without the need for additional structural support, providing a cost-effective way to enlarge your kitchen.
For load-bearing walls, the process is more complex. These walls support the weight of the structure above them, so removing them requires careful planning and the installation of a beam to take over the load. Our structural engineer will assess the requirements, and a contractor will install a beam—commonly steel or engineered wood—into the ceiling or just below it.
Once the cabinets are installed, the next step is adding countertops. Choose from durable materials like quartz, granite, or marble to complete the look. Each countertop is cut and fitted to match the prefab cabinetry perfectly, ensuring a seamless and polished result.
